1. Preamble
These Terms of Use (TOU) govern the use of the Zenaba.fr website, an online platform connecting at-home Afro hairstylists with clients, and for publishing hair styling advertisements.
Zenaba is hosted by OVH SAS, located at 2 rue Kellermann – BP 80157 59053 ROUBAIX CEDEX 1 (phone: 1007).

This site is freely accessible to all internet users. Acceptance of these TOU is made by the user's express validation via a checkbox during registration or use of the services. This validation constitutes an electronic signature.
2. Purpose of the Site
Zenaba.fr is a platform that offers:
- A service connecting at-home Afro hairstylists with clients seeking hair services.
- An advertisement system allowing hairstylists to promote their services and clients to search for a service.
- A webzine providing tips and information on maintaining coily and curly hair.
3. Access and Registration
3.1. Registration Conditions
Registration is open to any adult individual with the necessary legal capacity.
3.2. User Account
Each user has a personal account protected by a password. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. How the Connection Service Works
4.1. For At-Home Afro Hairstylists
- Creation of a professional profile showcasing skills, rates, and availability.
- 10 free credits are allocated upon registration; one message sent to a client consumes one credit.
- Option to purchase additional credits after depletion.
4.2. For Clients
- Search for hairstylists using a filtering system.
- Connection via an internal messaging system.
When a client fills out a contact or appointment request form on Zenaba.fr, they expressly agree to be contacted by SMS and email by several hairstylists registered on the platform, as well as by the Zenaba.fr site team.
This consent is essential for the proper functioning of the connection service offered by Zenaba.
4.3. Responsibilities
Zenaba.fr is an intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for the quality of services provided by the hairstylists.
5. How Advertisements Work
5.1. Posting Advertisements
- Hairstylists may publish advertisements in compliance with current regulations.
- Zenaba.fr reserves the right to moderate or delete any non-compliant advertisement.
5.2. Reporting and Deletion Any suspicious advertisement can be reported by users.
6. Compensation and Payment
- Registration on Zenaba.fr is free.
- Credit purchases are made via a secure payment system.
- No refunds are possible once credits are consumed.
7. User Commitments
7.1. Hairstylist Commitments
- Adherence to service descriptions and appointments.
- Compliance with current professional regulations.
7.2. Client Commitments
- Provision of truthful information.
- Adherence to scheduled appointments.
- Absence of abusive or defamatory remarks.
8. Moderation Rules and Account Deactivation
Zenaba.fr may suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with the TOU.
9. Personal Data Protection
Collected data is processed according to Zenaba.fr's privacy policy.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), information transmitted by the user during a contact or appointment request may be used by Zenaba.fr to facilitate connection with partner hairstylists.
By filling out a request form, the user expressly consents to receive communications via SMS and email from Zenaba.fr and the professionals listed on the platform, strictly within the scope of the request made.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property and User Content
10.1 Site Content: All elements published by Zenaba (logos, texts, graphic charter) are the exclusive property of Zenaba.
10.2 Content Posted by Users (Hairstylists and Clients): All content (photos, videos, texts, reviews, creations, or any other media) published by hairstylists and users on the Zenaba platform is considered royalty-free for Zenaba. By publishing this content, users grant Zenaba, free of charge, all exploitation rights, without geographical or temporal limitation.
Zenaba may therefore use, reproduce, adapt, publish, disseminate, or share this content on any medium, including social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), websites, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and any other media, without additional authorization or financial compensation.
Users guarantee that they are the authors of the published content or that they hold all necessary authorizations (including the right to image of photographed persons). They guarantee that this content complies with current legislation and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
11. Responsibilities and Limitations
Zenaba.fr disclaims all responsibility in case of disputes between users or service interruptions.
12. Modification of TOU
Zenaba.fr may modify the TOU at any time, with notification to users.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These TOU are subject to French law.
